Are you looking for a new challenge?

There has never been a better time to come and work at Derby Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust; we are a leading Teaching Hospital with care, safety, compassion and pride at the heart of our organisation.

With over 8,500 members of staff you can expect huge variety and new opportunities every day! Our staff go above and beyond and are taking pride in caring for our patients – making every moment matter.

Think you’ve got what it takes to join us?

Here’s more about the role and what we’re looking for;

Derby Neonatal Intensive care unit is a 24 bedded purpose built unit providing medical care for premature and sick infants, it has 7 ITU and HDU cots and is part of the East Midlands Neonatal Operational Delivery Network.

We are looking for innovative and enthusiastic Registered Nurses, who have demonstrable post registration experience and also have obtained the Post Registration Qualified in Speciality (QIS) registration in Neonatal Intensive Care. You should preferably have worked as a QIS nurse for a minimum of a year and be able to work independently within the intensive care setting.

If you would like to join a friendly forward thinking team then we would like to hear from you. Informal visits to our unit are welcomed on an appointment basis.

We can offer mentorship and training both in house and external and support learning beyond registration.
