Here’s more about the role and what we’re looking for; 

We have an exciting opportunity for a Secondment/Fixed term for 12 month's for a experienced Respiratory Nurse Specialist to lead a team of Specialist Respiratory Nurses in the clinical delivery of our Integrated Respiratory Service for Southern Derbyshire and Erewash.

The service is a comprehensive multi-professional team including Consultants, Nurses, Physiotherapists and Occupational Therapists and Assistants. We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and committed individual as this service anticipates a very exciting time on the horizon, where we aim to achieve an outstanding service model which has not been delivered in its entirety anywhere else in the country.

This role will incorporate all areas of the respiratory patient’s journey encompassing the management of all Chronic Respiratory Conditions but is more focused on the assessment and treatment of patients requiring NIV and Home Oxygen.

You must have enthusiasm for and experience of delivering respiratory care to specialist populations.
